Nov 11 (Lagos) - Price of Bitcoin crypto-currency broke the $ 80,000 mark over the weekend as traders continued to stake into the currency. This is the first time Bitcoin has hit this mark. The enthusiasm started before the election as the market expected Donald Trump to win the 2024 Presidential elections and once he did the price has been sky-rocketing ever more.
Over the week-end it was also confirmed that Donald Trump won in Arizona and Nevada, the two states that has not officially declared a winner.
Prices of other crypto-currencies also sky-rocketed over the weekend such as Dogecoin, Shiba-Inu coin and ETH.
